A few years ago I asked Joel to rebuild the sagging front porch on my 100 year old house. He did a great job and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I next asked him to reconfigure the back door and to add a small deck. From the early planning stages, Joel was involved with helping us achieve our goals and with what many others told us was too small of a budget. I met Joel in 2002 when I was having an addition built on my daycare in Evanston (Toddler Town). Joel was the Supervisor/Project Manager on the job. Our board of directors recently hired Freise Builders to do work in our commercial medical office building. The job required a dismantling and reinstallation of drop ceilings throughout our 22,000 square foot building in order for our HVAC upgrade to take place.
